Team Registration

To those whom much has been given, much is expected.

The previous 5 years were a huge success for the 3 v 3 tournament due to the enthusiastic participation of the teams. Kickin' for Kids' goal for our sixth year is to double the number of teams to really provide help for the kids and families supported by Children's Miracle Network. Please encourage your friends, coaches, and others to register teams early for this event.

Fans can purchase event souveniers, food, drinks,and tickets to participate in other activies such as the frisbee toss and moonwalk.

Registration:

• Registration Fee for the 3v3 tournament is $100.00 per team
• Maximum of 6 per team (3 on the field at a time)
• SIGN UP NOW! Space is limited per division and will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis.

3. Download the Tournament Waiver Form(.pdf) - This MUST BE COMPLETED by each participating player's parent/legal guardian and turned in to tournament officials before your team will be allowed to play.
